As a trainee at MindSynth Technologies Ltd., you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to build and customize cutting-edge Odoo-based business solutions for real clients. You’ll gain valuable technical and functional knowledge of ERP systems while solving practical challenges across domains like Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and support full software implementation lifecycle
  • Understand and document business requirements
  • Customize and configure Odoo modules (backend & frontend)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, designers, developers)
  • Assist in testing, debugging, and deploying client solutions
  • Contribute to internal product development 
  • Prepare demos and documentation for features 

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree (CS/CSE/IT/Related fields) or currently final year
  • Passion for business automation and modern technologies
  • Strong foundation in Python, JavaScript, and databases
  • Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning
  • Willingness to learn ERP and functional business processes 
  • Good communication skills in English and Bengali 
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or project experience with Python/Odoo
  • Basic understanding of MVC frameworks
  • Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, or Docker
  • Understanding of any business domain (HR, Inventory, Accounts)
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and product thinking
  • Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational database optimization
